SeaTac Municipal Court Records

SeaTac Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction. The judge is authorized under the Revised Code of Washington to hear civil infractions, traffic infractions, criminal misdemeanor charges, and gross misdemeanor violations that occur within SeaTac city limits. King County District Court West Division for SeaTac

For cases that fall outside SeaTac Municipal Court's jurisdiction, King County District Court West Division in Burien serves the SeaTac area. This court handles misdemeanors, gross misdemeanors, traffic infractions, civil cases up to $100,000, and small claims up to $10,000 for cases that are not within the Seattle Municipal Court or SeaTac Municipal Court jurisdiction.

SeaTac is a participating city in the King County Unified Payment (UP) Program. If you have fines across multiple King County courts, the UP Program can combine them into a single payment plan. Payment plans start as low as $25 per month. There is a $7 monthly service fee and a $35 non-refundable application fee.

Public access terminals are available at King County courthouse locations for free electronic record searches. If you cannot visit in person, you can use the Washington Courts statewide search tools to look up basic case information without a login.

Requesting SeaTac Court Documents
