Issaquah Municipal Court Records

Issaquah Municipal Court is authorized by Washington State law to preside over all criminal misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors, as well as traffic, non-traffic, and parking infractions that occur within city limits. All cases filed at Issaquah Municipal Court are processed under state law and court procedure. The court handles arraignments, pretrials, and both bench and jury trials. Remote hearings are available for most case types. The court allows virtual appearances except for arraignments, sentencings, and cases where the judge finds good cause for in-person attendance. Requesting Issaquah Court Records
