Everett court records payment options information
Everett Municipal Court accepts multiple payment methods for court fines and fees.

Online payments cover court fines and fees, records requests, court ordered classes, home monitoring, and traffic, parking, red light, and school zone infractions. Payments made online may take up to two business days to post to your case. If you pay close to a deadline, allow for that delay. Case numbers can be located through a case search or person search on the Washington Courts find-my-court-date tool.

Payment plans are available for traffic, parking, red light, and school zone infractions, but only within 30 days of the citation date. To get a payment plan, you must email an application to municipalcourt@everettwa.gov. Requesting a plan admits responsibility for the infraction. You may need to show proof of inability to pay. If a case gets referred to collections, the court may not accept payment directly, and you'll need to deal with the collection agency instead.

Note: The court will not call or text you to request payment. If you receive such a contact, treat it as a scam.
