Edmonds Municipal Court

Court records here are not subject to the Washington State Public Records Act. Instead, the District Court provides records under Washington State Court Rules General Rule 31 for court records and GR 31.1 for administrative records. Policy and procedure documents are on the court's website. Drop boxes are located at each division for payments and hearing requests. Do not put cash in the drop box. Protection orders can also be requested at the District Court.

The South Division of Snohomish County District Court is at 20520 68th Avenue W, Lynnwood, WA 98036. That location is closer to Edmonds than the main Everett courthouse and may be more convenient depending on your case.
