Olympia Court Records Database

Olympia court records are kept by three courts: Olympia Municipal Court for city-level matters, Thurston County District Court for limited jurisdiction criminal and civil cases, and Thurston County Superior Court for felonies, family law, and major civil matters. As the state capital, Olympia is home to both the county courthouse complex and the Washington Courts Administrative Office, making records access generally well-organized. If you need to search a case, request documents, or find a docket, this page explains how each court works and what tools you can use. The Washington Courts statewide search at dw.courts.wa.gov covers all three courts serving Olympia.
